Local Title and Abstract Company
Problem
The client, a local title and abstract company,
was looking for a better way to process the large number of daily requests
for titles and abstracts they received from banks and realtors. They
normally received these requests via FAX, however, because so many customers
were trying to FAX their requests at the same time, their requests were
not always received and this delayed their processing by the client.
They contacted Kemper Technology Consulting for a solution.

Solution
Kemper developed a web-based application
that allowed customers to send their title and abstract requests
via the Internet. The application would then send an email alert
to the company each time a new application was received. At the
same time, the application saved each request 'electronically'
by the company for future reference.
Benefit
This web-based application allowed the
client to receive and process title and abstract requests in a
timely manner. The increased efficiency reduced the amount of hardcopy
documents required and allowed the client to substantially reduce
costs.
